1. Introduction

Welcome to habitmeshx (habitmeshx.com). These Terms of Service govern your use of our habit reset plans to rebuild focus and related offerings.

2. Coaching Services

Our coaching services include personalized one-on-one sessions and themed group workshops designed to help you establish and maintain productive habits.

2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

You may schedule sessions via our contact form. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the planned start time at no additional cost.

3. Digital Products

habitmeshx offers digital guides and interactive workbooks that provide structured steps for habit development and focus improvement.

4. Physical Goods

Physical planners and journals are available to support your habit tracking journey.

5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

If you cancel at least 7 days before a one-on-one session, you are eligible for a full reimbursement. Group workshops require advance planning and spots are limited, so these are not eligible for reimbursement once confirmation is sent.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital guides are non-refundable after you gain access to the files. If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will provide a working version or issue a reimbursement after verifying the issue.

5.3 Physical Goods

Planners may be sent back unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping back is at your expense. Upon receipt and evaluation, reimbursement is issued within 14 business days.

7. Governing Law
